Phase 1 of the Graze Business Hub will offer 13 new purpose built commercial units, available in various sizes. Each unit comes with modification options that you may choose from to suit the needs of your growing business. With a barn like design, the units will be built to blend in seamlessly with the surrounding picturesque farming area.

Each unit will be provided with plenty of parking spaces and a bike rack to accommodate your employees and visitors. In addition to ample parking, every unit will be furnished with an easy access bathroom, and a kitchenette. These spacious units will be brightly lit with large skylights. For easy and efficient access, each unit will be equipped with large, roller shutter doors to accommodate machinery use and to facilitate deliveries.

With access to our natural Koi pond, you can sit and enjoy your lunch and coffee breaks on one of the many benches set around this serene area. If you don’t feel like staying near the office for lunch, the Graze Business Hub is also a minute away from a local pub and a golf course. You can spend your lunch hour at the pub enjoying a meal or at the golf course taking advantage of their onsite gym facilities and restaurant.
